The simple, clear rules that govern bidding, rankings, and link integrity on TopBid.

Bidding Mechanics & Minimums
- The minimum bid to enter the leaderboard is $1 USD.
- To claim rank #1, your bid must be at least $1 higher than the current #1 holder.
- If you bid less than the #1 price, you are placed in the highest rank your bid can afford.

Rank Displacement & Permanence
- Spots are permanent. Once on the board, your listing is never deleted due to time.
- When another project outbids your spot, you drop down by 1 position (e.g. from #1 to #2).
- In the rare event of identical bid amounts, earlier bids hold rank priority over later bids.

Content Safety & Permitted Links
We maintain an open market, but actively enforce safety standards for all visitors.
Prohibited: Malware, phishing, scam tokens, deceptive landing pages, illegal goods, explicit NSFW content, and hate speech.
Violating links will be removed immediately without refund to protect community trust.

Refund Policy & Finality
All bids on TopBid are final and non-refundable. Bidding constitutes an immediate digital attention purchase that takes effect the moment your transaction is confirmed.
